If colleges sat together at lunch...

I would add Rochester and Lehigh to this one:
Tufts, WUSTL, Emory, Carnegie Mellon, Vanderbilt... the wanna-be cool, rich, sophisticated kids who kick people out of their table if they think the kid is TOO cool, rich, and sophisticated"

To add to the Stoner list: U of Colorado, UVM, Hampshire, Reed, Oberlin, Montana State, U of Denver, Evergreen St. College

Tables with the prettiest girls: Arizona State, Vanderbilt, UT-Austin, UGA, SMU, UCSB, USC, Florida...

Who is @ the jock table?

Parts of Duke, USC, Auburn, etc.,

jocks in college are a lot different than jocks in college.. in that, a lot of colleges that have jocks (Duke, Northwestern, Stanford) are not bad schools at all, and the jocks at those schools are by no means the dumb jocks that most of us are accustomed to from high school.

all the "jocks" at my high school are going to Arizona, chico state, davis, sonoma state, and arizona state. jocks tend to stay in state more than their intelligent classmates, it seems.

although, I love sports, love to play soccer and basketball, and im going to northwestern, and a big part of my decision to go there was based on the presence of big ten athletics and great recreational facilities. So i guess that makes me a jock.

Jocks in college are a lot different than jocks in college? That's like saying 1 =! 1

oops, i just said that wrong... if you read the rest of what i siad, its clear that i meant "jocks in college are a lot different than jocks in high school".. sorry

Hahahah funny. I would agree that can't just call one school "jocky."
The jocks in my mind - Duke, Auburn, Georgetown, UVa, Syracuse, and Notre Dame.

you can also add penn state to that list

duke and unc wouldn't sit together

Stanford would be caught up in some fired debate about scientific research with UCBerkeley

I don't believe the Ivies would sit together, Harvard would probably prefer to sit with Oxford and Princeton would probably have it's one private section with a throne and a servant that will be attending Le Cordon Bleu in the fall, LOL

Williams and Amherst probably missed lunch and ran outside for some frisbee before the next class.

The Wellseley, Smith, Mount Holyoke, and Bryn Mawr girls sitting at a round table with some guy from Vassar trying to squeeze in and MIT and Babson fight over the Wellseley girl.

mit and caltech wouldn't have any lunch because westpoint stole their money, brigham young skipped lunch to go pray, uchic is working on homework alone, usc, dartmouth having in the janitors closet, duke practicing hoops, stanford and berk are just chill, harvard trying to save the world, oberlin trying to save the whales, unc, reed, and new college of florida smoking pot in the bathroom, northwestern writing about lunch, cornell shooting up, temple shooting the lunchlady, upenn stitching her up, emory and rice eating a lot, notre dame organizing a pep rally, yale campaigning for student body prez against georgetown, williams and amherst eating outside, davidson taking a nap, brown and umich protesting the chemicals in the milk and boycotting everything, berkeley raising the minimum wage for staff, princeton, jhu, harvard, oxford, cambridge all bragging about prestige, unlv gambling with alabama and ole miss, smith, wellesley, brandeis, bates, etc sitting together conversing randomly, wustl trying to eat as much as harvard, upitt building a building out of milk cartons, howard on a diet

I was with until Howard on a diet...

that was kind of random.. yeah

Wouldn't it be Berea on a diet...or better yet...Berea volunteering with the lunch ladies.

What would UT fall under?

truth

hysp would NEVER sit at the same table

though it may be ranked and overrated as one, Notre Dame is hardly a jock school. To be a true Jock school, they actually have to be good at sports and produce good athletes. Almost all Notre Dame athletes are subpar in pro sports.

Not true at all. Jock is a mentality and ND has it 100%.

I think Stanford and Duke would be the kids who surf and play outside all day and study really hard at night when no ones looking :)
