I submitted my application for EA and my counselor sent off all the school forms on 30th...but I dont know if she sent everything..she is notorious for not meeting the deadlines plus I asked her really late..If I am missing anything, will they tell me to get missing stuff in or give me an automatic rejection

bump please anyone???
My school usually mails school forms. Last week, On Friday 30th I asked my counselor in the morning if she has all my transcripts and teacher’s rec and her rec put together and she answed “…mm I dont know I think your teacher so and so has something on her computer for you…”
At 2.40 pm, 20 minutes before the school ends, I asked her again and she said her computer was crashed and my rec was in there.
At 3. 30pm, I got an email from her saying that she just sent my applications off.

I can’t trust her…if she didnt send something…I am not considered as ER applicant anymore???

Yeah, if she didn’t send something, you’re not ER anymore. That’s what the November 1st due date means.

If she said she sent it I would believe her

As long as the application is into the school by nov 1st then your good. Required forms like recs and test scores can come in after that date and youll still be considered for ER. It just matters if you send the application in on time.

^Lol no, that’s just completely wrong. Everything needs to be postmarked by November 1st.

ooops my bad. Yea i didnt really read into what they considered a complete application. I thought they just meant the paper application is post-marked. I read it again on their website and yosups right, they need everything by nov 1st.

^ I sent my SAT score on 29th, the day I got my score. Does it count as post marked by Nov 1st? Also, I sent my toefl on 1st of Nov, but when I sent it, the receipt said Nov 2nd because my toefl website is customed in asia time…
I am ok right…

They accept scores electronically. It takes a couple of days for everything to show up on Wolverine Access. I think you’ll be fine as long as they got everything by Nov 1st at 11:59 PM (Midwest Time).

Sorry, I meant postmarked by Nov 1st (11:59 PM Midwest).

^ I heard that it takes a few weeks for scores to get to the schools and I sent my sat score on 29th, toefl on 1st.

:)
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Well I’m 99% sure that Michigan receives SAT scores electronically so there should be no lag time in between when you clicked send and when they received it. I am not sure about the TOEFL though.

ok…thank u…
