If I apply EA to the College of Engineering and get deferred, can I apply to the LSA for RD?

<p>Basically all said in the title. I've heard the LSA is easier to get into (I'm OOS) and would ideally like to make sure i get in in the first place and maybe transfer into engineering</p>
