<p>Contact the colleges that you are applying to and ask them which forms they want you to use.</p>
<p>The request for black or blue ink is because they want it to be dark enough for them to be able to read. You can use either color, it doesn’t matter. Just don’t use pink, purple, green, yellow, red, or any other color that isn’t black or blue.</p>
