If I apply to college with I find out if I got into the actual SCHOOL before or after

So I have applied to ten schools all for theatre. All of my applications are in, but my auditions are not until January/February. I obviously know that I will not know if I am in the acting programs until after my auditions, but does anyone know if I will find out if I got into the actual SCHOOL before this?</p>

<p>It depends on the school! Some will give academic acceptances first, but others, eg., Tisch, will give the decision at once (and Tisch’s is all-or-nothing; can’t be accepted academically alone)</p>
