If I can stay valedictorian...

My friends always are walin(waylin?? lol i dont know how to spell!) on me on how im currently valedictorian and that UVA would never reject a valelidictorian, but I am very skeptical of this.

DO you guys think I could get into UVA with ok SAT tests such as 1260 and a bunch of unique extra curricular things and other things(internships, comunity college classes in summer, class treasurer 2 years in a row, Governor school for senior year)??

Cause my friends are like if your 1st in ur class they cant reject u, but I think since my test score suck the butts, its possible.

oh yea im in state by the way

Wait...1260/2400 Or 1260/1600....if Its The Latter Your In...anyone Instate With Decent Stats Should Get In...

yea... but remember, in-state is getting more and more difficult.

yeah, 1260/1600 or 2400? also wailing, I think is what you mean, no? lol...

You aren't guarunteed acceptance; the possibility exists that they may deny you admission.
The reason this possibility is emphasized is because your friends keep repeating to you that a valedictorian would never be rejected and perhaps you are afraid that if you were to be rejected, you will be a failure to everyone.
So just ignore your friends' comments and think about the possibility of being admitted rather than just rejected.

you are still pretty much in! don't listen to agent...

You're ECs aren't unique, but they're good enough that you should be able to get into UVA instate with valedictorian.

lol thanks its 1260(currently have 1200 but trying to get 1300 out of 1600)1790-out of 2400 but trying to get to like 1900+

but no I just think that UVA cares more than rank and that everything but my rank sucks the butt sacks. Like my ec's arent that unique and I am not a very good writer, plus my guidance counselor has cchanged every year and this year I talked to him, but he seems like he doesnt know me as well as I'd like

Do you guys know how to form a better bond with a guidance councelor??(lol one time I went in there asking what SAT score I should try to get for UVA just to seem like I needed guidance even though I clearly knew what to aim for)
