I would change all the repeated questions that get asked several thousand times each year. Like how low can my grades go before I'm rescinded, I mispelled activity on my application will I be rejected, what ____prep book should I get, and so on and so on....ahh it's so annoying

increase administrators and 'experts' in subjects such as a certain school or a specific field. also let ccers post the occasional poll thread, and allow posting hyperlinks in moderation.

bluntness
get rid of the parents unless they were graduates of a certain college and want to help us out instead of their own kids
let us post links
i like avatars but i understand it takes a while to load on some computers
cafe contribution counts as posts
more later

I like the parents, but some of them act like they're superior to us, and that ticks me off. Also, if you post on the parents forum, they act like it's their forum and no one else can post there. I also don't like how they have a little society. Most of the time I find them to be even more competetive than their kids

I like adult contribution but it ticks me off that their "children" can't find college information on their own. Then again they have to find out where their money is going to so that makes sense.

well there are quite a few on the "richer" end who have outright stated money is no issue and they would starve to send their children to an ivy

i just post in the cafe all the time, which is something you mentioned. It's annoying that they don't count. I could easily have 3500 if they were counted

Definitely get rid of some of the parents who go around posting to high school kids trying to find out what went on in interviews and what they should tell their children to write about in their essays. If the kid really wants to go to a certain college and needs help, he/she could get on here and find out information. I get so sick of parents who are obviously filling out college applications for their son/daughter.
