If I dont get into the Business School, will I be condsidered for their Liberal Arts?

Both on Rose Hill.

Fordham College and College of Business Administration.

CBA is my #1 choice, but so is Fordham as a whole. So will a rejection from CBA completely reject me from Fordham University?

I am sorry to say, that I think so. You have to pick CBA, Rose Hill or LC. If you say NOTHING, then they assume Rose Hill. Look on their admissions website and check under the online Q & A section and see if this question has been asked before and what they say.

wait a second. isn't there a section in the application where it asks if you would be willing to consider an acceptance at a different college? like. LC. I don't know if it differentiates btw FCRH and CBA...

I really dont know, and dont have an application in front of me. So check and see with Admissions Office. But logically speaking, the CBA requirements are not different than LC or RH. Though there may be more limited seats.....so perhaps it does allow for that.

If you look on the supplement to the common app there is a section that states" Would you consider an offer of admission to a college of Fordham other than the one you indicated?" and you check yes or no. I have not seen the recent Your Choice and don't know if this statement is on that application, but it is always best to call and validate this information with the FU officials: 1-800-Fordham.

Here's a link to the supplement pdf so you can see for yourself:

And also I might add that this question used to be used for those students who were not qualified to attend FU, but they were offered admission to Marymount College. Marymount no longer exists, so that option is gone. Not sure how Fordham applies this option now - would be interested to learn what the policy is if someone calls to inquire.
