<p>If I don't have any close friends in high school, would it be any different in community college?</p>

<p>I guess Im not too close with people in high school because I was a big loner in the beginning of high school and became a little ignorant around people lately (fool around too much, people get annoyed of me)...but if I was mature in college and had a better approach would it really change anything?</p>

<p>I know this is kind of wierd but to those of you who tried to have a new start was it successful?</p>

<p>yes. it was. =)
just concentrate on being really nice and outgoing the first two weeks, that's when everyone's trying to meet new people, and once you've latched on to a couple good friends you're golden.</p>
