if i get an i 20 from one university will the other universities find out?

okay so i've gotten into one university, but i'm still waiting for the other two to reply. the other two will probably reply sometime in december, and so i accepted my offer at the first university as they have limited housing. so my question is, if i get an i 20 made from the university whose offer i've already accepted, will the other two universities find out? and if they do, will it affect my chances of admission?

i should note that the one i've gotten accepted to already isn't my first choice. also these are us universities not canadian, but im canadian so i wont be needing a visa but still need to get an i 20 (correct me if im wrong?)

thanks

Once you’ve got an I-20 you’re registered with SEVIS, so you’ll probably have to go through a transfer of record procedure. It’ll be something similar to this: https://internationalaffairs.uchicago.edu/page/transferring-your-sevis-record-another-us-school

I’m not really sure how the other institutions you applied to will handle it, since you didn’t apply there as a transfer student. It’s best to talk to their international student offices/advisors if you get an offer.
