I just got my letter of acceptance to the Washington University in St. Louis fly-in, called WashU Preview. This university is highly selective, and I’m not sure how well I fare in the normal admissions process. Because I’m accepted and will be attending this program, does that increase my chances of getting into the school?

Attending a WashU fly-in would show demonstrated interest, which will help if you apply. Of course your GPA/test scores should also be competitive as well.
In general, a college having a fly in says that they are encouraging more diversity. If they select you they are saying You seem like the kind of person they want to apply.
But in the end, all you can do is attend if you are interested in the school, and apply to safeties and matches as well
