Thank you to any replies. My sophomore year grades will probably be similar.Do you think I have decent chances in getting into Cornell University's Engineering program.

You're doing well. Begin your SAT/ACT and Subject Test preparation soon. I began preparing for SAT when I was in your grade. It's never too early to prepare for college.

Keep up the good work. Be prepare to meet demanding course load starting in grade 11. Engineering needs extremely high marks and SAT scores. You should definitely study hard for the SAT.

Right not it's too early for me to give you an honest, accurate projection.

Oxford Academy?

They begin worrying so young nowadays... Start SAT prep end of soph year/summer of junior and slowly throughout junior year, otherwise you'll burn out. Don't become a robot, seriously dude.

No I go to Whitney High School

^I read a book about your school.

Like the others said, don't burn out. Keep your grades up. Study when you decide to take the SATs (this year or next year). Have a social life; hang out with your friends. Ask a girl out. And don't burn out.
