If I say I'll take a test after submitting apps, do I have to send it even if I don't want to?

<p>Planning to take the ACT in December so I have to indicate that there will be more test scores coming in for UC applications, which are due November 30th. If I get a bad score on the ACT am I required to send the scores?</p>

<p>It wouldn’t matter either way, UCs take only your highest score into consideration. If you do bad and have a better score then it won’t matter.</p>
