I'm an ivy league hopeful, and I am submitting the ACT, and on their websites it says that you dont need to submit SAT II's if you're submitting an ACT.

I'm wondering if I'll be at a disadvantage if I don't considering on all the results threads, people who get accepted do both.

(670 USH, 630 Spanish) (yikes)

Some schools require Subject tests even if you submit the ACT (including at least 1 college in that athletic conference). So go back and read every college website carefully, there is no general answer, each college has different requirements.

It’s not so much the policies, as much as how I’m going to look to the adcoms. I don’t want to look like an average applicant if I don’t submit the SAT II’s even though they’re not required

I would recommend sending optional Subject tests if they help your application. I don’t think that sub-700 scores necessarily do that.
