I was notified today of my acceptance to Hofstra Universities Pre-Law program. :)

Will this make it easier for me to get accepted into their Law School? Will they take me over more qualified students just because I am a graduate of Hofstra?

What did you mean by admitted to prelaw at Hofstra? Were you admitted to Hofstra’s Legal Education Accelerated Program(LEAP) . If you meant LEAP then my understanding of the program is that you automatically get into Hofstra’s Law School after your third year if you maintain a 3.4 G.P.A. and if you score a certain score on the LSAT(I think it has to equal the median score of accepted law students.) If you were just referring to being admitted to Hofstra where you pick any major and are advised by the prelaw advisors on their recommendations to help you get into law school I have been told there is a slight advantage to being an undergraduate from the same school if it is a close call for law school admission.
