<p>If I take SAT on december, is that too late for the january application due date?
most of the schools that im applying to are due on January 5th</p>

<p>According to Collegeboard, the scores are available on web by 12,21,2006, and scores are mailed starting on 1,10,2007..does that mean that the colleges wont get the scores after january 10? im screwed if this is the case..</p>

<p>I think you should be fine but just check with each college. They almost always have that info on their websites.</p>
<p>You need to check with particular college to see the last test date it accepts. Most that have a January application deadline date accept the December test scores even though they arrive after the application deadline date (some even accept January test scores). However, some want all materials in their hands by their designated application deadline date.</p>
