What SAT2 subject tests should I take? other than math…
And how should I study/prepare for SAT2 tests?

  • if my high school doesnt offer AP classes, is it a disadvantage for me when I apply for colleges? There are some dual credit courses, but not many. (I will probably take 3-4 dual credit courses) I'm currently a sophomore at HS.

For the first question:

If you are applying to Ivy Leagues or the elite universities, they require 3 Subject Tests. Check with each school individually. Some even require you to take Math II and a science. So you might want to brush up on a science topic.

For the second question:

If the AO for your region knows your high school well, then you’re fine. If not, you could try explaining this in an essay (many applications allow you to address parts of your application that can’t be covered by the essays) or just email the admissions office about it.
