I am currently attending Texas A&M University. I have alwyas wanted to go here and i am so happy i am finally here. I am just a little nervous about grades. Biology (which i have never been good at is killing me. However i am still expecting to pull out a D in there. and in my Organic Chemistry class i am expecting to pull out a C with all the extra credit she gives up. The quizes in that class are killing me. We had 6, and they total up to 1 test grade. i have only got above a 50 once on the quizes. She phrases them in a way that thows me off. I am not giving up though. What do you think of my situation? What do you think i should do if it does not work out? =(

talk to an academic advisor, they could help you a lot more. a lot of kids struggle and they usually give really good advice because they deal with it a lot.

It is not uncommon for this kind of situation. Do ass colboy said and talk with an academic advisor and see if you can do a G.R.O. type of program at your school where you can re-do your poorest classes and substitute the grade.

Good luck!

Talk with your instructor. Sometimes, if they see you’re making an attempt, they’ll toss you a bone.
