Just a thread to pass the time. Post what your reaction would be if your application is accepted/deferred/rejected.

If my application is accepted, I will be very happy.
If my application is deferred, I will be very frustrated.
If my application is rejected, I will be very sad.

If my application is accepted, I will jump all over the house, screaming at the top of my lungs!
If my application is deferred, I will probably throw a book through the window in frustration. >:( After I regain my composure, I will get on the computer to write my 15+ supplement essays for my other schools.
If my application is rejected, I will be overcome by sadness and just lock myself in my room to sulk. Then, I will get over it and start my supplement essays! ;)

If my application is accepted, I will eat a very nice dinner. And send emails to schools asking to withdraw my apps.
If my application is deferred, I will be grumpy.
If my application is rejected, I’ll complete the applications that I haven’t submitted.

If my application is eaten, I’ll be surprised.

If my application is misplaced, I will take my brother on a walk.

if my application is burned in a giant fire by evil dartmouth admission officers, i will become a mushroom farmer.

If my application is accepted, I will refresh the page to make sure they didn’t make a mistake.
If my application is rejected, I will watching “Whose Line is it Anyway” until I can laugh again. (Okay. a little melodramatic but still the plan)
If I get deferred, well…I’m still working on that…

If accepted, I’ll not stop smiling the entire day (week, even). I will call my mom and dad and share the great news. Then I’ll order a large amount of Dartmouth apparel and accessories from the Dartmouth Coop. Then I’ll call my brother and sister, both of my grandparents, and maybe some friends. Then I’ll email the teachers that I’m friendly with. Then I’ll withdraw my other applications, happily. Then I’ll drive back to school with a ****-eating grin on my face, sharing the good news.

If deferred, I’ll thank Hanover for sparing my ego and try to forget about it.

If rejected, I’ll try to forget about it.

If accepted, I will think it’s a mistake. I will then refresh the page continually until my brain takes the info in. I will gladly withdraw my other applications. My parents, dog, and sibling will shortly be informed. Then, I will inform facebook. After that, I will catch an intense disease deemed Senioritis and possibly flunk my classes (haha…jk).

If deferred, I will be mad and frustrated, even though I’m supposed to be expecting a rejection. I will vigorously practice flute and work on supplemental essays.

If rejected, I will be extremely sad even though I shouldn’t be. I will cry. =( But then I’ll get over it…eventually…

If accepted, I will also think it is a mistake but gladly accept it.
If deferred, I will probably lose most traces of any emotional attachment to Dartmouth and work on my other applications
If rejected, I will have no response. it is my expectation.

I have to take my HS graduation tests (Geo and English) at 7pm EST, so no matter what the result is I will be sitting in a classroom trying not to flunk geography.

^I don’t get what’s so funny about his post…or maybe I’m just too anxious to get anything funny these couple of days.

^ iPacman, dronson54 is being sarcastic ^.^

I will call my mom up and tell her that i am going to be the first member in the family going to college!!! And then sunrise!

If my application is rejected I will think ‘‘damn i know i could better than that and they were more qualified applicants than me’’
If my application is deffered well i dont know…
If my application is accepted…i dont have it as an option…so prolly the rejection option…

Good luck to all of u!!
