<p>What will colleges think of this? Are they telling the truth when they say they only look at the best scores?</p>
<p>If they tell you they will only look at your best scores, then they will. Trust them.</p>
<p>Some colleges, however, are more interested in how you have progressed and will look at all your scores while emphasizing the highest ones. If you are applying to one such college, you may want to remove it from the list of colleges getting your result (you have until Wednesday to do that, I believe) or cancel your score.</p>
