<p>These are the resolutions I promise I will make if I get accepted to Stanford.</p>
<p>1) Study really hard for my Chem final
2) Not work on a college app on my birthday or Christmas
3) Convince my parents to let me visit Stanford during Spring Break
4) Ask someone out to the prom</p>

<p>i think I'd go bungee jumping...I've always wanted to do that. And climb Mt. everest--but I don't think that one will happen any time soon</p>
<p>heh, i can totally relate to 4, goldfish. i myself am not going, mostly because it's not worth the hassle, and seems pointless altogether. but hey, it's a good idea to hinge the decision on something as monumental as college admissions.</p>
<p>well the way i took #4 was that goldie up there is shy when it comes to the opposite sex, but with the confidence goldie gets from getting into stanford, goldie will confront goldies fears and ask someone out. </p>
<p>is goldie a he or a she? i hated writing goldie so many times. also, even if you dont get into stanford i reccommend asking someone out. hey it cant hurt i mean the next time you'll see these people is at you high school reunion in 10-20 years.</p>
<p>of course if that isnt the case at all then sorry. but if it is then horray! yo gano!</p>

Not really. If it were at my old school, I probably would ask someone even if I didn't get in, but I'm like strangers to all the girls at my new school (relationship wise). :D</p>

lol I don't think any girl wants to drive 350 miles for a prom. Besides, some CCers probably live closer than that. :D</p>

1) Perfect SAT's
2) Accepted to Stanford
3) Lots of research, awards, EC's
4) Nationally recognized
5) Awesome musician
6) Good at athletics</p>

<p>Not doing the "propose to a CCer" bet though - I already have to go to prom with whomever my friend picked if (that's a BIIIG IFFFFFFFFF) I (ever) get a<em>c</em>p<em>e</em>. So it's a win-lose situation either way "no Stanford, no Troll", or "Stanford and Mr. Troll all night long".</p>
<p>lol..at least if you're unhappy with Mr. Troll, you can think about Stanford and all the nice people you'll meet. :D</p>
<p>true, that's better than having Mr. Right and going to my state school for the next four years :p... too bad said Mr. Right has a gf now :(. That means there's only Stanford left on the equation - "constant vigilance!"</p>
