<p>Are you sure you don’t have a USC ID #? You’ll have one if USC has sent you any publications in the past. I think you can get one if you don’t have one by calling in?</p>
<p>I’m positive, I’ve emailed them about it (going on 2 weeks ago now) but they’ve yet to respond. Maybe I should just call the admissions office.</p>
