If rejected from PLME

If you are rejected from the PLME, is there a higher chance that you will be accepted to the college or will you just become another normal applicant? I am only asking because I would love to get into the program but I do not think that I will be accepted. I would, though, love just as much to go their regular college.

In response to both of your PLME threads, here is the website for PLME:
<a href="http://bms.brown.edu/plme/%5B/url%5D">http://bms.brown.edu/plme/</a></p>

You'll see that the average SAT scores are about mid 1400's, and that once you make the cut into Brown University, your chances are about 50% for PLME.
Although I'm certainly no expert, I don't think the undergrad admissions committee takes into consideration the fact that you're applying for PLME.

Nope, you have to be accepted to Brown first, then to PLME. Also, I calculated sometime during the winter that the acceptance rates to BROWN COLLEGE are approximately the same for regular Brown applicants as for PLME applicants.

Thank you. That's what I really wanted to know. Then I might as well apply to PLME and see what happens.

I was thinking of applying to PLME...

But then I realized I'm not ready to spend 8 years at once place I haven't even been at longer than a few days.
