I am a resident of California.
If someone can help me to identify BS/MD school where I have decent chance, it would help me a lot (I would research those schols & apply them only):

Unweighted GPA = 3.98 (8th thru 11th grade)
Weighted GPA = 4.13 (8th thru 11th grade)
Weighted GPA = 4.22 (10th & 11th Grade)
ACT score = 30
SAT II = 700 in US History & 690 in Math
High Scool rank = 11th out of 670

ECs:
Has done volunteer work at Hospital
Member of NHS
Black Belt in Karate
President of Leadership Club in school for 2 years

You need more ECs, the ones you have are very good, but you need more very good ones. You SATIIs are low for most programs, your class rank is good.

Overall, I think you need more than just academics on you application. Med schools have been trying to shake the “asian science genious with no social skills” sterotype for a while. You need to show that you have more to offer than just academics. (because clearly you do you that)

And dont “apply only to them” because there is a VERY good chance that you would apply to everyone in the country and get rejected to them, they are EXTREMELY competetive. I think northwesterns BS/MD program only accepts 30 applicants a year. I think Case westerns may be somthing like 45. Apply to more schools than just those.

You also have to keep in mind that some of these programs are not guaranteed, and that the requirements vary widely. For example, the WUSTL program, which is the best in the country in terms of feeding into a prestigious med school, requires you to meet incredibly rigorous benchmarks that are only slightly below the qualifications needed to be competitive as an outside applicant to the med school. Brown’s, which is probably the best in terms to going to a ‘name-brand’ undergrad institution, has very minimal requirements once you’re accepted, but is probably the most difficult one to gain acceptance to in the first place. Georgetown’s doesn’t even require accepted students to take the MCAT, which is always nice.
