If there was a video game where you would run a college... would you buy it?

In one such game, you'd take the role of a college president and run a college, be it public or private, and determine what kind of facilities to build for a student body, what kind of orientation your college would want to go, be it for curriculum, admissions policy, fundraising, athletics, and you hire the requisite personnel to keep the college running. Well, that's the basic idea.

I think it would be a great idea. Make it a little like Sim City. Could easily be made into an iPhone game at first.
a)Manage budget and Uni services. Change tuition, organize fundraising drives, place campus service buildings. Complex set of formulas ensure that decisions made now affect future rise/decline of university. (e.g. high tuition would lower quality of student body, rankings, and lower alum giving rates)
b)Could focus school on sports. Or on academics.
c)Hire/fire potential football coaches and other important positions on campus.
d)Can determine school selectivity. Lots of undergrads would lower prestige but bring in more tuition in the short term.

The best part would be that random events will happen to make the game interesting. 100M donation could come in randomly, student protests would occur, and Nobel Prizes would be given to faculty, all quickly affecting the Uni reputation.
