<p>i wasn’t talking about affirmative action. what i mean is, you are obviously way dedicated. not only that, but you have the capacity to do all of this, despite your disability. you’re at a level above the average applicant. i’m not saying that columbia is going to let you in because you are deaf and can do all of these things, i’m saying they’re going to let you in because you do all of these things, and excel well above those who aren’t disabled.</p>
<p>all in all, what i’m saying is, that even if you weren’t deaf, i would still be saying that you definitely have more than a solid chance of getting in.</p>
