ps- i haven't started applying yet, i'm going into my senior year now but i'm wondering at which ones do i have a better chance?

You have a pretty good SAT for most of your schools and a good amount of volunteer hours. I'm assuming you're OOS for most of those universities so you might want to try and bring your GPA higher.

IN at NYU and Boston U if you have amazing essays

I was at a discussion given by an admissions guy from NYU and he said last year there was little "statistical advantage" to applying ED there. I guess the percentage was 5% higher acceptence, but the caliber of people applying ED was higher as well. They also won't defer stating that "we have the same admission standards for Regular decision as Early decision so it doesn't make sense to defer a student." That said, I guess it might lighten the load if you aren't planning to have the other applications written and waiting. Nonetheless, you look strong, here's my take
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT DALLAS Sorry no experience here
NEW YORK UNIVERSITY(ED!!) Very good
BOSTON UNIVERSITY very good/excellent
BOSTON COLLEGE Very Good
RUTGERS Excellent
TCNJ Excellent/Very Good
UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON (is this Wash U St Louis?) Good/Fair/reach???
UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN Good
UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURG Very Good/Excellent
UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN Excellent
OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY Excellent
UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER Excellent/very Good
UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND Excellent

You might want a "Hail Mary School" just for fun, I don't see any Uber stretchs. My daughter is applying to many of these same schools. Your test grades are better, her extra curriculars stronger...a few will be stretchs for her. I think you have a very realistic and fun list of schools here! Best of Luck
