Oh my God. I hate group projects! The thing is-I just don't let the other group members do any work-and they're fine with that. There really is no one for me to trust at school-the 40 or so girls in all honors at my school have EACH completely screwed me over on one occasion (not. even. exaggerating.), even people who'd you think would want to get an A on the project too.

Group projects are also horrendous for regular kids-they don't learn anything and partner up with people they know will want to get the A and take the bulk of the project.

..whyyyy do they assign group projects again?

I usually try to work with those that I trust and feel that are competent but usually that does not happen. I usually end up doing the whole project the night before and we usually get between a 95-100. If I can't do it completely by myself, I have them e-mail me what they have written and then I fix it. I admit I can be a bit of a control freak lol.

How would you make this right, if you've done it? I mean specifically if you were the person who did the insufficient work.

ilovesoftball, me too, I'm still waiting for a huge chunk of our project that is due tomorrow to be emailed to me...they think that it's okay to email it at like midnight, thinking I'm just going to accept what they wrote...sigh...
