<p>i think they want to see ur first semester grades…actually im ALMOST positive they do. i didnt apply early to upenn but i did for columbia and THEY wanted ur first semester grades so i would assume it would be the same.</p>

<p>At My School we don’t get first semester grades until January, while you hear back in December.</p>

<p>My first semester ends mid-january also… Your decision comes out before they see them.</p>

<p>well they might want to see SOMETHING…maybe mid-marking period grades. ur best bet would be to call and find out.</p>

<p>on certain cases they’ll ask for 1st quarter grades
i got in ED and sent my midterm report after i was accepted since my sem ended in jan. and i’ll send my final report later too</p>

<p>nope. they didn’t see my first quarter or my first semester grades (i don’t think early admits send in mid year reports)</p>

<p>for the majority of schools, first quarter grades are not absolutely required, but they will look at them if you send them in</p>
