<p>Is there less scholarship opportunities for you? I want to transfer to Wisconsin-Madison in a few years, but I am not finding too many out of state/transfer scholarships, I am not sure whether this is true or not but I am just confirming. Are most universities like this?</p>
<p>There are almost no scholarships for out-of-state students at most large public universities. There are even fewer scholarships for out-of-state transfer students.</p>
