Yeah… doesn’t ease my worries one bit. The avg. admit GPA for my major is 3.94 (business economics)

I’m grateful UCLA has that information on their website. Definitely puts things in perspective.

It really helps to see if you even stand a chance. The average for my major was a 3.5. Um yea, I have a 3.5.

Thanks a lot for the link UCR2UCLA

Does anyone know if the other UCs have something similar? Can anyone provide links?

^ From what I’ve seen, no other UC’s have such a clear breakdown of transfer admission statistics available online. Berkeley has something for each department (letters & science, engineering, business, etc), but not individual majors.

[University of California: StatFinder](http://statfinder.ucop.edu/default.aspx)

If you click on custom tables, the site will create a table with information regarding GPA, major, etc.

Statfinder doesn’t have 2010 data yet afaik, and it doesnt break down by major.

Yeah. I just noticed that now as I was messing around with it. It has some information points but as mytime09 said, I have yet to see any other site as specific as UCLA’s.
