^I just wanted to give an example of an irreplaceable personality. Dead ones are easier to identify and I don’t feel like thinking much at the mo.
Perhaps Kim Jong Il.

I definitely would have thought Jesus, Abraham, and Mohammad would have been before Attila the Hun.

Rush Limbaugh.

If I could go back 10 years, Dick Cheney. Maybe my brother-in-law would still be alive :/

I think Glenn Beck is funny

just putting that out there

He looks a lot like Jason Sudeikis.

Hummmm

I use to have a list of people that I want them to be dead but now that I think of it, that’s really stupid. If these people make your life miserable either mentally of physically, you won’t change anything much by making them dead. All of us would die anyway, so what’s the point of killing them now?

They deserve to die more than, say, Osama bin Laden?

I would not kill anyone.

^^It was just the first thing to pop up in my mind.

^^^ Yes. Quite honestly. As much as bin Laden’s done to America, it has been America’s retaliation against him that has been worse than anything he could have done.

Racism and homophobia do worse for the world than bin Laden ever could.

A mass murderer

Not going to reply to this. Okay, I lied. Racists and homophobes never killed anyone, except the extreme ones. I believe that if someone murdered an innocent person, they deserve the death penalty, whether it was a result of racism, homophobia, anger, or whatever. However, I don’t think somebody who voted against gay marriage deserves death at all. You could argue that voting this way is a mild case of homophobia, but you cannot argue that one person voting this way did worse for the world than orchestrating the deaths of hundreds of innocent men, women, and children (some of whom were probably homosexuals). FYI, Osama killed because he disagrees with American views. This includes in his mind homosexuality. And I do not doubt he thinks Arabs are the supreme race (although I’m pretty sure innocent Arabs died in those attacks along with the bombers).

Um…maybe it’s just me, but I’d rather spend time trying to change a person’s discriminatory views than KILLING them. (Yes, I realize this is sometimes futile, but screw you pessimistic naysayers.)

That being said, I wouldn’t kill anyone. I just couldn’t. I don’t think. I don’t know. Ugh.

In some ways this is true, but Bin Laden definitely acted out of hate and racism, so in your statement, the two should not be mutually exclusive. If you think about it, most bad things done by people are out of racism, homophobia or religious disagreements. Killing one person wouldn’t really change this.

To get back to OP’s question: Sure, there are plenty of people in my life that I would perhaps want gone, but staying clear of them works just fine. There are always people that we hate, but even when given the choice to kill with impunity, it really isn’t fair for us to weigh lives like stones to decide who should live and die.

Hmmm this a tough one. I would say no, though. Because even if you kill Osama, someone will come up to take his place. To do some real change you would have to kill an entire generation of poisonous leaders so I would not kill anyone - or so I think now…

^, ^^, ^^^ I will respond to you later. Osama bin Laden isn’t racist. He’s against the West.

To be continued.

Besides, Osama might already be dead, in which case you’d rip a hole in the universe.

I’d save mine, in case someone ever threatened me or a loved one.

I wouldn’t ever want to kill anyone…I don’t have any right to take that person’s life way…no matter how evil they are. I personally believe that it’s God’s right to do that. Not mine.

In the case of self defense, I might…but I really, really wouldn’t want to kill that person though.

I think certain people deserve the death penalty, especially if they’ve done unspeakable acts of horror & killed an innocent person.

This.

Honestly, don’t even know if I’d let Osma bin Laden live or die. After all, he had sooo many innocent people killed & on top of that he has made Arabs & Muslim people look terrible ( e.g. “the terrorists”). he truly is a disgrace to the Muslim community. He’s not even a Muslim the way I see it Now so many of us face unnecessary discrimination I don’t wear the hijab anymore…afraid of what might happen to me.(my cousin’s friend had her pulled off by a group of ppl harrassing her :[)…but I’ll probably start wearing it again soon. I’m not even joking when my parents usually get picked on to get checked at the airport and they spend extra time checking/searching them. :/

How do you justify this?

Would you be able to serve on a jury in a death penalty case?

And to make my point clear, I wasn’t trying to say that people would kill before doing what I said or that Osama is better!!!

So hopefully my post still makes sense…

I would kill someone. I’m not sure who. But I wouldn’t let the opportunity go to waste.
