If you want to apply to schools other than the QB partners, then use the CA. It depends completely on the schools you want to apply to.
Depends on the partner school. Go to each partner school on the QB site and click application requirements, then regular decision. The first line item in the table will tell you if the Common/Coalition app is required. I’ve noticed that most of them will require it for QB RD.
