University Of North Carolina- Chapel Hill–> if in state then yes but if out reach
University Of Georgia–> yes if out of state/ reach if in state
University Of Florida–> no idea don’t know much
University Of Alabama–> yes
University Of South Carolina–> yes
University Of Miami–> don’t know much
Auburn University–> yes
Georgia Institute Of Technology–> don’t know much
Clemson University–> yes

Your GPA is a little low for UMiami and your SAT’s (only reading and math sections) are pretty average for there so I’ll say it’s a high match/low reach. And being oos won’t matter here since it’s private.

As for the rest…
University Of North Carolina- Chapel Hill — reach because oos
University Of Georgia — match
University Of Florida — high match/low reach because oos
University Of Alabama — match/safety
Auburn University — safety
Georgia Institute Of Technology — low reach/reach
and for USC and Clemson I’m not sure because I don’t really know how much being oos affects their admissions
