University Of North Carolina- Chapel Hill--> if in state then yes but if out reach
University Of Georgia--> yes if out of state/ reach if in state
University Of Florida--> no idea don't know much
University Of Alabama--> yes
University Of South Carolina--> yes
University Of Miami--> don't know much
Auburn University--> yes
Georgia Institute Of Technology--> don't know much
Clemson University--> yes

Your GPA is a little low for UMiami and your SAT's (only reading and math sections) are pretty average for there so I'll say it's a high match/low reach. And being oos won't matter here since it's private.

As for the rest...
University Of North Carolina- Chapel Hill --- reach because oos
University Of Georgia --- match
University Of Florida --- high match/low reach because oos
University Of Alabama --- match/safety
Auburn University --- safety
Georgia Institute Of Technology --- low reach/reach
and for USC and Clemson I'm not sure because I don't really know how much being oos affects their admissions
