If you get audited to prove your extracurriculars, how do you prove them

<p>I have heard the UC's make a certain percentage of those applying to prove the extracurriculars.
So if you get chose how are you suppose to prove it? What do they make you do?
Lets say I have done 15 extracurriculars, do you have to prove ALL 15?
Do you just go up to the person in charge of the EC to sign a paper or you do something else?</p>
