if you get so many scholarships...

<p>ok let's say that you get a lot of scholarships but they say they can only be applied to tuition. let's say you get so many that you have enough scholarships left over that you didn't get to use, would you be able to use those scholarships to cover the cost of room and board at the college?</p>

<p>Not always, some scholarships are for tuition only. Read the fine print carefully and talk to your fA office.</p>

<p>If you get more outside scholarships than you need for undergraduate studies, then you could always ask your lender to defer the funds for graduate study.</p>
