if you go to an undergraduate school with a really good law school....

for example, if you attend nyu's undergraduate school. does that give you any advantage of getting into nyu's law school or is it fair game?

thanks in advance for the info

From what i've heard, it differs for colleges. Penn tries not to accept its undergrads because it wants diversity for its grad school. Drexel on the other hand favors its undergrads.

NYU law is not big on in-breeding and likes to take a variety of students in most of its grad and professional programs. However, a large number of Harvard and Yale law students were undergrads at Harvard and Yale.
