<p>Hey I just wanted to know my chances of getting into my dream schools. Here is my info:</p>
<p>Classes:
Fresh: HONORS: bio & eng. REG: geometry, business, spanish 2
Soph: AP: euro history. HONORS: chem, alg 2, eng. regular: spanish 3
Jr: AP: trig/calc a, physics, literature &comp, psychology. REG: medical terminoly, sp 4, us history
Sr (probably): AP: calc bc (or ab if i drop), bio, gov/econ, eng (some sort of comp) REG: anatomy & phisio, CNA class, another history class</p>
<p>GPA: Unweighted: 3.9 right now, but it may down to 3.8 (lowest) by end of jr year
Weighted: 4.87 right now, probably will go up</p>
<p>*I've gotten C's in gym- it's non GPA but does it make a diff?</p>
<p>Top 5% of my class</p>
<p>ACT: my range for the act may be anywhere from 28-33 (guesstimate) probably more into the 30s</p>
<p>ECs:
-Speech team since freshman year (president jr. year and possibly sr. year)
-health and medical careers club since soph year (treasurer jr year)
-environmental club since soph year (president jr year) > organize and chair many events
-newspaper since fresh year, just a reporter
-possibly NHS starting this year if i make it</p>
<p>I was also in a gifted program- we did an independet study for 3 semesters. My study was to reorganize the way my school district recycles> succeeded to an extent</p>
<p>-I'll have 200+ volunteer hours at the hospital by the end of jr year</p>
<p>-all my teachers and admins love me so I'll get good rec letters
-my essay will mostl likely be solid</p>
<p>I'm also Indian, first person in immediate family to go to college (parents never went), low income if this means anything?</p>
