What is your SAT scorE?

1400! Mine’s weird though- 800 reading, 600 math. I had a 2160 overall (760 writing). Definitely an atypical way to get that score for GT.

2170 760m 700cr 710w

780m 560cr 640w \m/

U really got in with a 560 reading?

Sent from my ADR8995 using CC

1970 total
1380 CR + Math
I am not female/minority/etc

Math 800 reading 690

2050, 720M, 680Cr, 650R. I think haha, I can’t remember correctly, but I also submitted my ACT scores so yeaaa and I’m from Argentina so I guess that worked in my favour

aek525,

I think you are looking pretty good. My advice would be to get the grade point up to around 3.8 or more unweighted if you can, but still keep taking your APs. I can tell you my D had one AP as a soph, 3 as a Jr and she was accepted. I think that was probably average or a bit below with regard to the number of AP classes.

I am not familiar with your scale for grade point so I cannot comment. I am used to 90 to 100 is an A, etc.

The other thing is make sure you have good test scores. Ga Tech super scores both your SAT and your ACT, and then even takes the best of each to make one “super super” score. So take both tests early, and make sure you score well. Especially in math, as I believe it is weighted the highest.

Good ECs are a plus, but I am not sure how hard GT looks at them (unless you are really good at baseball or football!)

Best of luck!
