If you have no intention...

...of working in the field of engineering, whether it be sales, technical writing, design, etc., would you be doing yourself a disadvantage by majoring in Engineering Science? (not ABET accredited at my school)

If you were to pursue a job as a marketer, or an accountant, or an editor, etc., would employers care that you didn't study an ABET accredited degree, even though the position is not a technical one? Or simply, to them is engineering science the same thing as a specialized engineering degree (civil, mech, elec)?

If you were to pursue grad school to become a lawyer, or a doctor, or a dentist, etc., would having an ABET accredited degree influence your chances of being admitted?

You don't even need an ABET accredited program to work in engineering. It matters for licensing (in cases like Civil engineering working on public structures, etc), so you should be fine.
