-Sibling's at Rutgers

-Rutgers- match

-Rutgers - In
-The College of NJ (BS/MD) - In
-Duke - Reach
-Cornell University - Reach
-UPenn - Reach
-Brown PLME - Reach
-Princeton - Reach

-Did I overload on ECs? - No. You can never overload. And you dont have an obscene amount of ECs anyway
-How about APs? Solid. Can never overload if you can handle the pressure
-Are my SATs on par? For the ivies, no. You should aim for a high 2200 or 2300s to have a more reasonable shot. There is nothing that sets you apart from the rest of applicants. You are an ORM with no hooks (except for Rutgers, but you don’t need a hook to get in there).

If you can up your SATs (or take the ACT?) you would have a decent shot at some of the lower ivies, such as Upenn, Cornell, Brown. The other ivies would still be a huge reach, in my opinion

Good luck!!
