<p>after spring semester is probably too late for fall 06. just check the website for the college you are interested in and see their transfer application deadline. many i've seen have april deadline, though it depends on the college of course.</p>
<p>For UCs the deadline is this Nov 30th. Many other privates have deadlines around March 15th, especially the Ivies and higher ranked schools.</p>
