<p>this happened to me also! though it makes no sense, cause even if it was east coast time, i’d still be on time by a good few hours or so.</p>

<p>even if you have submitted the CA late (a few hours perhaps), it still will be accepted. A downloaded means that they have already got that part from the CA server. You are all ok!
