For UC, it is said you can fulfill language by an SAT II grade above 590.

On IGETC transcript however, it requires 2 years of language, which I do not have.

but I do have an SAT II grade of 790.

So is it that means my IGETC will not be fulfilled? Or is SATII Language grade qualifies the part?

You can show your language requirement by either a HS transcript demonstrating 2 years of language, College Transcript presenting the same information or a language SAT Subject Test.

Since you do not have 2 years on your HS or College transcript you would have to send your SAT Subject Test score.

Yes, IGETC foreign language can be satisfied in several ways, including with a foreign language SAT II test.

Be sure that the major you’re interested doesn’t require more foreign language, though. English (at least at UCLA) is one that does.

English for nearly every UC and CSU requires 4 years of a foreign language. (Something I was not aware of until recently), so definitely look into your major.
