<p>English is my second language. So I didn't take language class at all because I already speak fluent Thai. I'm wondering how to prove that on my transcript. Do I need to ask for IGETC certificate? How do I indicate that in my application?</p>

<p>You probably have to take a test for the Thai language and if you passed you can ask to use that for the IGETC certifification</p>
