Ignoring internships and job offers while in school?

When attending Rutgers NB I hear about how students get internships junior year. What if you ignore the internship offers and just focus on schoolwork until you get your degree? Is that a bad thing and can it hurt you of ever working for the big companies?

I mean, I would prefer to ignore the internships to focus on school and have some time to take part in my hobbies way from school.

By the way I will be an accounting major.

A4g you do what you can do. I know someone who didn’t take their SATs, went to cc before transferring to an ok school, and is working for a big company.

I wouldn’t want to sacrifice grades for an internship. Maybe try for a summer internship or just a regular summer job so you don’t have to work during school hours. Everyone is different.
