IHUM Classes for WInter and Spring

I’m a freshman at Stanford.
Does anyone know any reputation/personal experience/friends’ for the following IHUMs that offer in the winter and spring?
I’m a very science person, and I just want to get thru IHUM w/ least amount of work and best grading…</p>
