IIT BS/DO Program vs. MSU OMSP Program

Okay I am very conflicted between which program to commit to so I made a pro/con list. Please give me your advice and let me know if I am missing anything!
Michigan State OMSP PROS
-Highly ranked DO school
-really good premed advisors that will help you get into EITHER DO or MD schools. Ive heard so many good things about their premed advisors
-lots of residency opportunities(Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, etc)
-you dont have to take MCAT if you keep up ug 3.5 gpa
-I am in love with the undergrad program because they have so many resources such as study abroad which I already got scholarships for
-its nonbinding
-not very competitive
-I haven’t really heard of anyone that’s was in OMSP and didn’t get into MSUCOM but then again I’m not sure
-I felt at home every time I visited MSU
-easy to get volunteering and research opportunties

Michigan State OMSP CONS
-its expensive(I would be paying $22,000/year more to attend this school over IIT)
-you still have to go through the whole application process to get into MSUCOM including interviews

IIT BS/DO PROS
-i got a full tuition scholarship here for undergrad
-it’s possibly easier than MSU and less competitive
-iit is more of a guaranteed program than msu

IIT BS/DO CONS
-very small school and 45 min away from home
-barely any extracurriculars or opportunities available compared to MSU
-no study abroad programs(very small if any)
-I want to venture out and be myself and I feel like there is no place for me to do that at IIT.
-no student life whereas MSU is a big 10 school
-MCAT is still required
