IIT vs. Knox vs. Miami Univeristy

Which one would you choose?

I'm going into Biology.

Knox alum says Knox.

They’ve got a strong bio program and a lot of pre-med support in chem and bio. The liberal arts setting ensures you’ve always got something outside of science to help keep your perspective on life in balance. The prairie burn is awesome. I loved three ten-week trimesters with a month off from Thanksgiving to New Years. It’s a more cooperative, less competitive mentality, and the school has a genuine community feel to it. Those were some of the pluses for me.

Knox. Hands down Knox. Knox is by far the better option.

I would probably agree with the above two posters.

I have only been to one of the three schools mentioned, but here’s my take:

1) I would shy away from Miami University (I assume this is the one in Ohio). I was there for a couple days and I didn’t find the campus facilities anything special at all. The outside of the buildings are gorgeous, but inside they were semi-run down and made me feel like I was at my rural high school. Greek life there is huge (50% are roughly in a sorority or fraternity), which you either like or don’t (I’m in a fraternity at my University and found their Greek life somewhat overwhelming). They have a very strong bar culture where kids get fakes and go to the bars as opposed to actual parties. Overall nothing impressive of this school.

2) I have also never heard anything special about IIT.

3) I have heard awesome things about Knox!

Anecdotal evidence, but I tried :)

Which one is the easiest school to get straight As?
