So there's this guy that I've known for about two years. He's ultra competitive and is always talking about my rank and stuff. He's not hot or anything, and I could probably get a lot better. The first time I met him, I can remember thinking that his voice sounded wierd. He's obsessed with COD (Which I hate) and sends me nerdy youtube videos all the time. Were friends that can get really ticked off in the academic arena really quickly, so I guess pseudo-freinds haha. But now, I think I'm like seriously crushing on him, which puts me in a REALLY awkward position. I can't have the "I hate that kid" Stance anymore. Plus, I sit behind him in every single class. My friends would seriously crucify me if they found out I liked him, but the truth is if he asked me out, I'd definitely say yes:) But that would never happened.

I had a crush on this one nerd-y type of guy and i tried talking to him etc. etc. and i made everything ridiculously obvious but…he was too awkward and didn’t bother with it.

Then i decided that he wasn’t even my type and I’d be embarrassed to tell my friends about him. But it was kinda cute though…but yeah.

I don’t like him anymore. He’s too weird and not that cute…and can i say socially awkward…?

I’ve kind of noticed that i always kinda like the nerdy type of guys. I think it could be because I really, really like guys that are very intelligent. There’s something about intelligence that I find very alluring.

aww yeah! socially awkward and nerdy guys are pretty cool. :]

And there was this other “couple” that was in this situation. All it kind of took was for this other guy to say that he could never get a girlfriend for him to try. Now they act couple-ish. It’s quite adorable actually. (She also got ticked off by his anime and starcraft obsessions). You should definitely give this a chance, if you’re seriously in to him.

I didn’t realize this until I saw some picture of him in Time (which I saved, all creepy-like) but Bobby Fischer was really, really cute when he was young.

^Wow no, it’s not like that haha. My friends and I are by no means stuck up. It’s just that me and this guy are SUPER competitive, and it’d be REALLY wierd if we went out. He has a superiority complex (not towards me) and that’s why my friends dislike him. Anyways, I would never go out with him seeing as college is a year away. He wants to go to MIT anyways, so ehh it wouldn’t work out:)

I think that most Brown kids think that, but once they actually get into a relationship that LASTS long enough, your parents would accept it if you wanted to get engaged/married.
